BIO: 

David Spencer C.P.A. is a Graduate of the University of Oregon’s Charles H. Lundquist college of business. During his college career he served on many committees and represented students both on campus and in Washington, DC as a member of student government.

Post-Graduation Mr. Spencer began work at a small family CPA office in Portland, Or that catered to high net worth individuals and closely held entities. This exposed him to high level concepts and particularly complex transactions early in his career. Further, he had a seat at the table during succession planning operations.

Moving on from this firm to sunny Florida in 2018, Mr. Spencer began work at a local regional firm that has since been acquired by an international Accounting firm.
