Delicate Dance with the Donor and Client
Is it a waltz or a mosh pit? Who is in the lead? How do we prepare our clients for the final curtain? How do we prepare the charities our clients cared for the ultimate gift or the gift horse? As we counsel our clients how do we make sure their charitable priorities are heard and addressed in their overall plan? How do we audition the charity? In many cases there are four or five words that govern a lifetime of hopes and dreams. What are we doing to make sure they come true for our clients and the charities they care about?
