Riana Giannico - Riana has been with the Pinellas County Tax Collectors Office for over 4 years. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Educational Studies & Community Leadership. For the Tax Collector's Office, she has served as a technician and is currently a trainer. As a trainer, Riana ensures all technicians of the Pinellas County Tax Collectors Office have the knowledge needed to process title work.
