Hunter Payne's Bio: 

EXPERIENCE

Before joining Northern Trust in 2017, Hunter was a Managing Member, General Counsel, and Chief Planning Officer of Harbour Capital Advisors, LLC, a multi-family office and investment advisory firm with offices in Florida and Washington, DC.  Prior to Harbour Capital, Hunter’s experience encompasses tenure as a tax attorney and consultant at US Trust, Fidelity, Ernst & Young, and Arthur Anderson. 

EDUCATION

Hunter received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of North Carolina – Chapel Hill and his Juris Doctor degree from the University of North Carolina School of Law.

CREDENTIALS

Hunter is a Senior Vice President and Regional Wealth Advisor.  He is an attorney licensed to practice law in North Carolina and Massachusetts.  He has been quoted in various financial publications and is a regular speaker for many professional and civic groups on wealth transfer planning and family governance issues.
