How and When to Fund a Revocable Trust/Estate Planning and Asset Protection Concepts: The four ways to transfer your assets to your beneficiaries; without any documentation (intestate) with a well (testate), with a trust (no probate), and via other means (right of survivorship, JTBE, beneficiary designation). This would include a discussion about the timing regarding the funding of a trust (during your lifetime, at death, or never) and how to structure an asset protection strategy that balances with a clients estate plan.
The breakfast roundtable meeting will be held at the All Children's Hospital Education Conference Center located at 701 4th Street South. The meeting will begin promptly at 8 am with BREAKFAST and the opportunity to visit with fellow SEPC members at 7:30 a.m.
