Transcending Learned Limits
Most of us live as if our perceptions and beliefs about ourselves and others are accurate representations of reality, when in fact this is almost never the case! Self-Knowledge is necessary for the liberation of our unrealized potential and striving to know ourselves as we truly are is one of the most meaningful and important things we can do in our lives. Clarity of thinking, influence, character, and many habits that support personal mastery and effectiveness are products of self-knowledge. We will explore how to tap unrealized potential and create flow in our lives.
