Alan S. Gassman is an attorney practicing in Clearwater, Florida with the firm of Gassman, Crotty & Denicolo, P.A.  Mr. Gassman’s primary practice focus over the past 36 years has been in the areas of tax, estate planning, wealth preservation planning, and business law.  Recent Bloomberg BNA webinars presented by Mr. Gassman include How to Design, Explain and Implement Dynasty Trusts and Asset Protection Trusts and Maximize Benefits Under Current Federal and State Law (with Steve Oshins) and Dynasty Trusts in Your Home State.

He is board certified by The Florida Bar in Wills, Trusts & Estates and received both his law degree and a post law Masters degree (LL.M.) in Taxation from the University of Florida.  He is the co-author of the BNA Tax & Accounting book entitled Estate Tax Planning in 2011 and 2012, speaks often for national and state sponsored continuing education programs and publishes several articles each year in publications such as The Florida Bar Journal, BNA’s Estates and Trusts Magazine, Medical Economics, Tax Strategies Magazine, Estate Planning Magazine, and Leimberg Estate Planning Network (LISI).
